We want you to love your boba experience.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unopened packaging. Perishable goods like opened boba kits or syrups cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately! Send us a photo of the damaged kit to our support email, and we will happily send you a free replacement right away.
